Why is, jRiver23, In DSP, it shows that my Output Format is enabled and processing 96KHZ 64 bit when in fact it is 96/24 ?

MC processes all audio internally in 64bit, which gives it better resolution for volume control, I believe. It isn't transcoding your music or anything.
The Audio Path will show the output is 96/24. https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Audio_Path
