Can anyone tell me whether this program has any relevance to MC? It is a recurring problem on my PC since I started with my trial version of MC. I believe it may be the reason for preventing me from syncing files to my Ipod. The file is even disclosed on my Ipod contents ?

It stands for QuickTime Task

It shouldn't be needed for anything and I think it sits in your Startup folder...so you can remove it after doing the above.
