Title: Opus support?

I just got a Mac, and upgraded my license to a master license, since I have Windows 10 and an ubuntu linux fork on a smaller laptop.  I made a bunch of opus files for a library for my linux laptop and my android phone (aac/m4a and linux don't play nice).  When I try to play these opus files in MC 23, they play fine, but none of the tags or album artwork show up.  VLC for Macs show the tags and album art just fine.  While the opus files are not the main part of my library, I would like to know if MC plans to update/fix/repair this so I do not need multiple ways to play/tag/edit these files.
