"The influence of vibration is minimized by a bottom panel with gleaming metal spiked feet."
Uh, right.
I don't agree with this ...
"If we're talking about beautiful sound, we also want the appearance to be beautiful. The DS-DAC 100 is housed in an elegant and curvaceous body, with a simple front panel with a volume knob, LED indicators, and a headphone jack."
But it certainly looks like a nice enough unit. Go for it.

I bought the DS-DAC-100m, which is the equivalent mobile version of this DAC, for $79.99 on Amazon (Music Supply Direct).
There is no DoP support in this DAC. It plays DSD natively from the included Korg AudioGate software, or with Tascam Hi-Res audio editor.
I haven't gotten it to work with native DSD using MC23 for Windows.
See https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,118240.msg817952.html#msg817952 .
If anyone bought the DS-DAC-100 or 100m, please let me know if you managed to play native DSD in MC.
Edit: actually, it this DAC works fine in MC23 for Windows. It was user error.
BTW, the Windows driver for this DAC is actually 5 years old, not an updated one, even though the Audiogate package that contains it was updated in December 2017.
It's hard to beat $79.99 for a DSD DAC. I like the design of this unit better than the bigger DS-DAC-100 .
