Title: Uninstalling and Reinstalling
Post by: aria123 on January 01, 2018, 03:08:03 am
Hey guys I'm very new to JRiver. I installed the newest mac version and imported my library. When I opened it up it only had 3/4's of the content. I was unable to try to import the rest because the program kept freezing. So I decided to start fresh and deleted it. Now whenever I try to install a fresh copy it goes right back to the old library, settings, skin and of course always freezing. Is there a special uninstall key that erases all the old content so I can install a clean copy.

Under the File menu, there is a Library Manager.  You can clear your library there.

Set up Auto Import under the Tools menu and only import a single file type, to begin.  Edit it later to add another, and so on.
