Title: Is it possible to remove "Drives & Devices" from tree?

is it possible to remove the category on MC's left side?

Would love to be able to do this as well. Along with any other tree item.

I want to set up MC clients with a very specific tree - geared to just being able to select a playlist, album or song. I do not want clients being able to do or see anything else.

Unfortunately - this seems to be impossible as far as I can see. Not a lot of flexibility with the tree that I can see.

Hi,

I don't think it's a good idea.
Because I use it every now and then for instance to convert file formats on my hard drive before importing the tracks to my server and add them to the library.

Well it shouldn't be removed for all users, but possible to hide. For reasons Vocalpoint pointed out.
