Title: MC23 upgrade - your licence file is for a different product

I am currently using MC21
I paid for the upgrade to MC23 using the token.
I got an e-mail from buy-button with a new Registration Code, which said:
"Your web purchase should have activated Media Center on your PC automatically. If you have another PC, you can use the attached Install Key for the next 14 days. Just save the Install Key in a convenient location, then run it on another computer where you have Media Center installed".

I run JRiver on two laptops - one with e-mail, the other is audio only. MC23 did not activate automatically on either machine, instead I got a pop up window which said:
"Your licence file is for a different product".

I tried using the install key on both laptops - neither worked.

Any ideas?

Is MC23 installed on those laptops?

Both laptops had MC21, upgraded from MC19

Solution (sort of):
Saved MC21 library file
Downloaded trial version of MC23 and activated with new licence (new registration code) - worked. However:
Had to reload Gizmo
Rebuild half my libraries (they never save properly, don't understand why). Still working on that.
MC23 found the Naim mu-so just fine.
