Title: MC23 on PC does not see A&K SP1000

Hi,
This is the first forum I've ever used and I'm having difficulty finding my way around. If this is not a new thread, I apologise.
Just bought Media Centre. Downloaded to PC (I'm also new to Windows). Plugged in my new A&K SP1000. MC does not see it. (Annoyingly, Windows Media Centre does see it). I Googled and got to one of these forum pages where it stated that the 64 bit version of MC23 cannot connect with handheld devices. Since this is the only reason I purchased JRiver, I'm really annoyed.
Can I switch to 32bit and, if so, how do I do it.

tip: when using google to find out something use 'JRiver MC' then your question... for the best choices....
