Title: Uploading to FTP Resizing Bug

Not sure when this bug first appeared, but using the latest .203, I get some strange resizing when uploading to an FTP.  I don't remember having to resize before, but there appears to be no option to "leave photo as is".

The resized image looks quite strange:

It is 1024x683 but just 13KB.

The thumbnail, however, is OK:

Besides fixing the resize, can I choose no resize?

it is part of the "New Art Plug-In"
