Title: [BUG] Cover art is not fully synced from library

I am playing with library sync and I see that cover art sometimes is not synced from main library to slave.

On a screenshot I have MC with main library on a back (via Remote Desktop) and slave library on front. You see that some albums missing cover art.

I have 23.0.94 on slave and 23.0.91 on master, but I've seen this with older versions as well. I tried to remove local library replica and sync again, nothing helps. The interesting thing is that covert art is initially missing for more albums, but most will appear after some time, but some stuck.

try forcing clients to build missing thumbnails

The thumbnails database on the Client could be corrupted. It happens, though rarely. Delete it and let MC rebuild the thumbnails dababase.
