Title: Media Center 23 Won't Open

I just purchased and downloaded Media Center 23 Master via Paypal (Paypal has verified my purchse). The file has downloaded and  is saved in "downloads" using Windows 10 but will not open. Please help. Jeff

Are you trying to run the install file (an exe) or the license file (an mjr)?

Hi Jim H: The only file that downloaded is mjr. In the meantime, I downloaded the free version to get acclimated with it. I have received the receipt of purchase with the registration code. What am I doing wrong?

You need to download and run/install the .exe MC23 installer file - you can find the latest MC23 build here:

Then once MC23 is installed and running, you can open the .mjr file to license MC23. The .mjr file is used to license your MC23.

Thank you Jim H and Awesome Donkey for your guidance and direction. Media Center 23 Master is working fine. Now, I just have to learn how to navigate and use it. Jeff
