Title: Media Core has encountered a problem
Post by: Iplod along on June 18, 2003, 10:55:31 am
This morning as I tried to sync a ripped cd, media center went down. A windows error screen came up. Leaving the system all day has not changed the problem.

The error signature referred to mediajukebox.exe Appver 9.0.175.0
Modname hh_portable.dll module 1.0.0.0 offset 000069dO

Does this mean anything to anyone? ?

I am guessing that you were synching to an iPod. If you were, it would probably be best to get a more current version (i.e. 9.1.201). Then try posting to the iPod support thread for more help.

Thank you for the feedback Steve. I was syncing to an Ipod.

I presume you mean a newer version of Music Centre as my version is a 30 day trial. I not not sure what you meant by your last sentence or even how to appraoch doing this.

???Is this something I have to contact or use  Apple?

I can now run music centre without the Ipod attached to my PC although there is now a start up error message on windows which refers to qttask.exe and that I should insert a disk?

My Ipod manager states that MusicMatch is my current home application. The only alternative offered is Format DLL.

Would buying Music Center merely resolve my dilemma?

Has anyone any idea to resolve this problem?
