Title: How to add "composer" column only once for over 1000 albums

I would like to see the composer for every one of my classical albums, but now I have to add it album by album, very time intensive. There must be some way to add composer by default to every album. Please tell me how.

Go to Standard View > Albums. You can Shift Click to bulk select or Ctrl Click to select a few

You can then sel3ct what you want and add the Composer tag , or any other

Is that what you are after ?
