Title: Certificate for upgrade of MC to 23.0.96 (64-bit) has expired

I just upgraded, upon being prompted by MC. I got a pop-up that said "The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid." I said OK to proceed and got MC 23.0.96 (64-bit).
