Hi

I have mac v 23

I took a trial and then bought a licence but it won't accept the registration code ?!

Help!

Make sure you're using the latest 23.0.103 build found here: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,114429.0.html

Also make sure Media Center is properly installed (mount the .dmg file and drag and drop the Media Center 23 app inside the mounted .dmg file into the Applications folder) and start Media Center 23 from the Applications folder.
