Title: Registration Code Not Accepted

I have used JR Media Center for some time now.  I recently refreshed my system and reinstalled Windows 10 and decided to upgrade to MC23 instead of installing MC22 again.  I clicked on the upgrade links and then, from my purchase email of MC 22, copied and pasted the Registration code into the Registration Code Box and when I clicked on the Purchase button, a message came up stating that there was not an upgrade available for the registration code entered.  What am I missing?

Could you try again?  We fixed a problem this afternoon.

If it doesn't work, please tell us what version you have and what you want.

For example  MC22 Windows to MC23 Windows.
