Title: JRiver subtiles timing shortcuts

Are there any keyboard shortcuts to delay or push forward subtitles? I watch 99% movies with subtitles and they are often not synchronized. The implementation of the subtiles' timing is a pain as I have to go through several stages to get to the subtitles  first, then roll to some random number. Usually I also have to repeat that several times before I find proper delay. With shortcuts it would be SO MUCH easer.
