Title: Pono Player not synching

Hi Guys,  I use Win 10 and own a registered copy of JRiver.
JRiver keep giving me and error message when trying to sync files. (I use FLAC and my Library has previously synced fine with the player)
Error message is something like: "device does not support file type or you dont have authorization"

I check the settings in JRiver "Handheld" and FLAC is shown as supported. No idea what else this could be.

Help please?

What version of MC are you using?

32 bit?  64 bit versions of MC don't yet support handhelds.

I'll have to check.. I'll reply later tonight. (I've had it for quite a while though and was able to sync before)

How do I see the version? Looked through the Menus but I dont see it
