Says the file InstallLauncher.exe may be dangerous.
Even if I click the option 'I trust this file', it still won't let me run the install.

That's a problem with your antivirus software. Please start a thread if you need help. Report it to the publisher as a false positive.

Problem installing 23.0.103, news about what it's known
I have both version in my PC 32bit and 64bit
64bit installed without problems
32bit rejected by antivirus AVG Free

32bit rejected by antivirus AVG Free
You should report it to them as a false positive.
But no-one should be using AVG any more. They sell your personal data, and are known to cause lots of problems.
Windows Defender is better than any 'free' anti-virus, and most (if not all) of the paid ones too.
If you're still running Windows 7, it is 'Microsoft Security Essentials' but I'd recommend that anyone still running 7 consider upgrading to 10. Support for 7; i.e. security updates, ends in 2020.

What you said probably it's so in your experience.
In mine aVG Free has been a good help for virus issues. Despite that they are a terrible spammers.
Big problem is that Microsoft is not capable of give a good support for Windows Defender.
I have Windows 10 and it's impossible to make Defender working, other antivirus, except if you reinstall Windows.

Later I'll try 32bit version in other machine I use. It also have AVG Free.

Just received a confirmation popup from AVG Virus Lab stating for InstallLauncher.exe "This file is clean. Thanks for alerting us, the larger our database, the better we can protect you - and 230 million others".
