Title: mc 9 tool bar not working?

i just down loaded the trial version.  how come the tool bar (file, edit, view, etc.) doesn't work when i click on them?

No idea.  Try downloading and installing a current version.  Try rebooting.

tried reinstalling but still the tool bar doesn't work.  for example, nothing happens with i click on "help" or "tools" or "mode".  am i missing something?  i downloaded the most recent version from your website.
