Title: An expression field is not available for external player (custom) - solved

Awaiting very much full menu support in V24. I just rebuild an HTPC and in the meantime use PDVD17 (as external player) for bluray playback.

The command line for PDVD17 requires a specific format (argument) that I can reconstruct with an expression field.

The command line works if entered directly but from MC it doesn't. I have now noticed that the expression field I have created is available in the normal field drop-down if I want to add it to the standard view but in the external player dialog under arguments if I want to use the field drop-down list it isn't.

Can anybody reproduce or am I missing something ?

(solution) Forgot to create the expression field in the library tools...just adding an expression field to standard view doesn't create the field...
