Title: Remove "Comments" from Standard View with cover art

In Standard View in Noir skin, with a nice big picture of the cover art, I've got some useful info but there is a "Comments" field I don't want there.  Is there a way to remove this?  Also, is there a way to change the font of tag info I'm seeing?
