Title: Infrared-controllers of Creative & hauppauge

Just a question: Anybody knows a plugin so we can use either the remote-control of Soundblaster cards or the one from Hauppauge TV cards (especially Nexus :))??

Would be really nice if we could use that in MC. I guess a lot of people have either a Soundblaster or a Hauppauge, no?

http://www.girder.nl There you'll find plug-ins for both, and you can use the GML-files that comes with MC.  8)

Thanks a lot for advice, does it also work with USB-IRDA by Sigmatel, just an idea, for using it with my laptop :)

Well, sort of. It may work. Some IRDAs are powerful enough, but most aren't. Ron (the Girder boss) always says that you can't rely on it working, and I think he's right.
