FYI
The only way I could get JRemote to see MC24 was to uninstall it and reinstall....not sure if it was the right way of doing it, but I got it working....
-
I love JRemote.

To provide another data point, this did not happen to me. I upgraded to MC24, opened JRemote and it connected and played media without issue.
-
Every upgrade I have to disable Media Network and re-enable it, and then it generally works fine.
With the upgrade to MC24, I had to manually open up the Windows Firewall config and create an exception, as Media Center only set an exception for public networks rather than private networks for some reason. (my network is configured as private)

:o Oh I never thought of that....next time. Thanks RD

I love JRemote.
+1
i like where panel is headed but still prefer jremote.
was messing around with the CSS for panel and got some things to how i want them but in the end too much hassle.
will keep an eye on Panel as it matures....
really if jriver duplicated the look and feel of jremote in html5/css3 that would be great!
