Salivating like one of Pavlov's dogs, I can smell MC24 for us id and idpi users - aaaaaggh, the tension is unbearable. :o

I'm waiting for the next update same as you and I've got no inside info either.

The update I'm waiting for is the one that sorts out 3B+ compatibility.

If there's an Id version upgrade, then from past history, it's likely to be badged v23 (even if it does pick up some MC24-esque tweaks).

If you are running a MC23 IdPi  or IdNuc (the first in what we call versionless) you can do an OTA upgrade which will install MC24 (and a bunch of other fixes, changes).

If you have a MC22 IdPi you need to send in the card for updating.

If you have a IdNuc < MC23 you can update it using a USB stick (see the top of this board) and then run the OTA update to get it to MC24.
