Title: Missing fields in Extended File Info?
Post by: canaro99 on June 12, 2003, 04:54:54 pm
A little help, please ?

I have a friend (that one sounds fishy) who just downloaded 9.0.180 to use with her iPod.

I was talking her through how I use some of the extended info fields to aid in setting up playlists. She cannot "find" the fields e.g. "tempo." We went through the list of visible columns to select and that one (and a couple of others) are not available as choices.

I tried have her set everything as it exists on my program and still no luck.

Any ideas??

Thanks.

As far as I know there is no tempo field.  There is a BPM field which measures tempo sort of...

you can create a tempo field in MC9 don't know if this will help your Ipod out or not.

Dear King Adam -- or would that be Adam and the King ;D

Thanks for the input. What I see is this:

Basically, I use this field as a "subset" of Genre. I wonder how I have this field and others do not? Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance.

King,

Would you tell me where to find out how to create a custom field (I really feel like the village idiot).

Thanks.
