Hello,
I installed MC24 a few days ago upgrading my existing MC23, and I just noticed that I do not have "Podcasts" in the left menu any more...
Any ideas on how to get it back ?
Thanks

Podcasts are in the new Streaming section.

Ok, found them ! thanks !
BTW, isn't it a really stupid idea ?
Podcasts are exactly the opposite of streaming... ?
Anyway it works for me !
Thanks again !

I wouldn't be so blunt, but I also don't see the logic of putting podcasts under Streaming -- as I use JRiver to download and manage them locally, not stream them. No biggie, of course.

A podcast is a stream that can also be downloaded. It's part stream, part file.
It was my dumb idea, by the way.

Dont feel bad Jim ;) I think your logic is sound. I use podcasts quite a lot and I like all these external services being collected together.

Hi,
Jim : Please, accept my apologies: I do realize that my choice of word could have been... better ::)
I guess that I'm becoming resistant to change...
Anyway, I gladly pay for upgrades as soon as they are offered, and will continue to do so.
MC is running around the competition in circles ;D ;D ;D
And again thanks for the help !

I'm glad that it was all grouped under the one heading rather than keeping it as a separate category, but I do still think that "streaming" was the wrong name for it. We've already had that discussion though.

Thanks, Thierry.
