Title: Can't update to latest Mac version

Not sure if this is the correct place to post.
I recently bought a Master License with the understanding that I could update both my windows and mac computers. Windows updated without any problems. The mac would not update.
Please help

Otherwise, please describe the issue on Mac. Is it not starting? Giving an error?
