I have a Chord Poly streamer that works well (most of the time) with music files copied on an mSD card. What I would love to do is to be able to configure JRiver MC (I have the Id) so I can stream my music library to the Poly. The Poly works fine with iOS apps such as 8Player and Glider, both of which (I think) recognize the Poly as a server. JRemote recognized the Poly as a renderer, but when I select it as a destination in Panel or a zone in JRemote, nothing plays. What settings do I need to do in MC or on my device so I can stream my music library when out and about?

Try downloading the DMRA from my sig, run the test against the Poly, and post the renderer report here..

Thanks for replying. I ran the analyzer on a Windows 10 computer where I connected the Poly to the computer via Bluetooth. I think I ran the analyzer ran successfully.
The results are attached.

What format of audio files are you trying to play?
To start with, I suggest that in MC network settings, add configure DLNA server, you should select audio to always convert to L16 PCM no header..

All my files have recently been converted to FLAC. There are some DSD files but not many.
I attempted to follow your suggestions for network settings. Did I miss anything? See https://drive.google.com/open?id=1novenVaKPBUt4F8Y96fx0WbAaufBbP38 (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1novenVaKPBUt4F8Y96fx0WbAaufBbP38)

You are changing the wrong thing. Go to Media Network, Add / Configure Servers, Audio..

Got it. Thanks.

What to do next?

What to do next?
Try playing the tracks. 😃

Success at this point would have been really nice. :-[ I tried to access my library from both JRemote and Panel, both of which did not work (same as my original images at the beginning of this thread). I also tried to access my library using Glider and 8Player- no luck there either.
I should point out the Poly operates in two modes - internet and hotspot. The Internet is used at home where I can access my wifi network. In that mode, I can stream my library from my NAS to the Poly. JRiver is being bypassed in the mode. When out (my target here), I put the Poly in hybrid hotspot mode (explained more fully at http://www.map-pin.com/wiki/doku.php?id=chordpoly (http://www.map-pin.com/wiki/doku.php?id=chordpoly) at the bottom under "iOS using Poly in Poly's own hotspot network") which blocks wifi but allows cellular for internet access.
Standing by for further guidance.

Not all bad. I crossed 100 two posts back and now I'm a **WORLD CITIZEN**

When you ran the DMRA on your PC, it was completely successful in pushing the test track to your Chord, and it passed all the UPNP discovery, description, control, and notification tests. The test indicates it certainly supports L16, MP3 and WMA media, and quite likely also some variants of FLAC and WAV.
So the reason why you are not able to push from MC is probably due to your exotic network configuration, or your combination of control points.
Try it first with the same configuration as you ran with the DMRA. Run MC on the same PC as you ran the DMRA on, and try to push a track from MC to the Chord in L16 format.

I ran the DMRA (the report is attached) on a different Windows 10 computer with MC loaded and running. I made the change to Media Network that you suggested, and I generated a new access key. I then entered that access key in Panel on my iPhone and nothing played. I got the same image as in my original post. I then added the access key as a second server in JRemote on my iPhone (one for the Id, the other for the Windows computer). I went to select a device in Zones, and the ChordPlayer (my name) as the renderer was not present, so I could not select the Poly.

Can you play from MC to the DAC?
Don't try JRemote until that works well.
-
I can play MC on the Chord Mojo DAC when connected with a USB cable. I can't play MC when adding the Chord Poly and streaming from the Id (or Windows) to the Poly and then to the Mojo DAC.
-
Forget about JRemote and Panel etc. for the time being. And focus on the PC where the DMRA test was successfully run from. Try using MC on that machine to push to the renderer. Does it work?

The Chord Poly runs in multiple modes. The main one I use is hotspot mode that allows me to use the Mojo Poly when I'm off my home network. I also use network mode (but not as much) when I am home and connected to my home wifi. Not as much as hotspot works regardless of location.
I use the 8Player app (and testing Glider). 8Player controls the playback on the Poly and allows music to be played on the Poly that is stored on its mSD card.
I ran MC on the Windows computer where I ran the DMRA test and enabled the Poly renderer to receive input from devices. Nothing was enabled on the Poly (by way of the power button on the Mojo being illuminated when music is playing).
Screenshots of the Poly in network mode may help point the way. Screenshots in hotspot mode (my preferred) less so.

Please forget the 8player app for the time being (turn it off). And please explain what is the difference between Mojo and Chord poly.
In both your screenshots it looks like your renderer appears in MC - once as ID-something, and once as Chord-something. So in MC select some music, right click on the track, and select the Play sub menu, Play To ID-something, or Play To Chord-something..
