Title: PayPal & MC24 License Problem
Post by: ddennerline on May 10, 2018, 06:23:43 pm
Hi -- I paid for Media Center 24 Master via PayPal on March 29, 2018, 00:49:54 EDT and received a temp license, which has now expired.

However, I never received a registration code/permanent license. Note my e-mail address has not changed.

I went to JRiver’s PayPal support page and attempted to authenticate the transaction – but was unable to do so.

I also attempted to restore my license, and the most recent one on file is for MC22.

Would you mind checking into this on your side please? Happy to DM you the PayPal transaction ID – let me know.

Thanks

I'm sorry for the problem.  I see a payment at Paypal, but no license.  Please find your Paypal receipt and visit this page to complete the transaction.

Thanks -- however, I visited the link provided and am getting this error:

We could not authenticate your transaction.

Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID.

Please visit Interact for technical support.

Happy to provide transaction ID -- LMK.
