Title: PONO Handheld sync on MC 24 64 bit gets stuck before upload complete

This issue occurs about 3 times in 4 only with PONO.  Frustrating.  I have a KANN from Astel&Kern.  No issues with sync for the KANN.  Any suggestions or should I give up on my PONO and use it as an expensive paper weight?  Thanks.
