my correct email is in "profiles" - yet when I ask Dr Who to retransmit info, I get the error message that my email is not in your system. How to fix this?
From time to time I get messages from email at JRiver telling me an email to my long standing email address bounced back, and I had to reply to them. Never works.
I tried to reset by upnp by opening network icon, right click on my PSAudio Direct Stream, then "go to device web page" (Windows 7, 64 bit). Some bright spark who is overly concerned with customer's security added an authentication page before I can to the web page. I'm sure I've never seen this page before, and would never force myself to enter passwords etc to get to the web page - how do i get rid of this annoyance?

I tried to download instructions via playlists/DrWho - wouldnt recognize my email
and how do I avoid the request to authenticate?
