Title: playing dvds on mc9

Hi everybody!
Here's my problem and I hope somebody will be able to help me.
I have windows xp installed on two different partitions, and I've installed MC9 on both. On the first partition, mc9 plays my dvs just fine, even a copy of a dvd I've made on my HD.
On the other instalation of xp, my mc9 refuses to play dvs, displaying a message about Microvision protection!
The same Cd (LOTR) plays ok on the first installation ov mc, but doesn't play on the other!
I guess the system needs some kind of adjustments, but what exactly?

Please help me.

Probably different mpeg2 decoders on the different machines. Do you have a disk with the DVD software that is installed on the machine that works? If so, try installing that on the machine that doesn't work.
