Title: newbie questions

i'm really new to JRiver and like the look of it so far,ive used all sorts in the past including itunes ,what i want to know is can i export my music and playlists to a mobile phone,so i can listen to the tunes away,probably very simple thing to do ,but like i said i'm a proper newbie,cheers in advance
