Can I still add my old version 22 to another laptop?
-
yup....as long as you have the key that goes with it....if not it is still possible to retrieve it.

The instructions are here:

Thanks!

OK - since on my old computer, I upgraded from MC21 to 23 and now I want to put it on the new laptop, this actually means that I have to upgrade to MC 24 to put it on the new laptop. Correct?

You can use MC23 on both.

You can use MC23 on both.
But what I am saying is that on the computer, it shows both MC21 and MC22 even though I upgraded to 23.

You must install MC23 and then restore your license.
-
I installed MC24 in my new computer and it won't allow me to install MC22. Is there too far of a gap between versions?
-
MC24 wouldn't prevent MC22 from being installed. What happens?
-
A box opens up and says that it can't update, must buy new version.
-
MC22 can't be purchased. Is that what you're trying to do?
More details would help.
-
As above. I have MC22 on an Asus laptop. I bought a new Lenovo laptop last month. Downloaded the trial MC24 (it will suddenly stop playing a song in the middle then jump several songs - in shuffle) then when I open it, it asks for the license and then boom - that box appears.
-
You've got problems. Which one do you want to solve?
-
I'd prefer having MC22 on my new one.
-
Uninstall MC24.
Install MC22. Restore your license if necessary.
Here's how it works:

Check your license status under the Help menu.

OK - thanks.
So many options, I get easily confused... ;)
