Title: Connection reset on HTTPS

Hi,

I have enabled SSL in 24.0.30 using the auto-generated self-signed certificate, and keep getting a connection reset error (even on localhost) when attempting to navigate to the server in my browser. This was working in the latest version of 23.

Any thoughts on what I can do to fix this?
