I have continued to be a loyal subscriber and recently upgraded to version 24.
The software constantly crashes on windows 10, even uninstall crashes, music import crashes, the issue of "read only permissions" remains.
Yes, I know it is a windows issue but the software must accommodate and find a solution. On top of this the issues of windows folder navigation while customizing folder locations remain. I cannot enter a path string and have it navigate to folders; New Folder function does not display the new folder.

This is probably an antivirus problem. It isn't normal.
Please post some details. You could try turning on logging and reading the bottom of the "previous" log. The wiki has a topic.
