Title: Are the update channels working correctly?

When I see a new version of MC pinned at the top of the forum, I think of it as Stable. Is that incorrect? When running Mac MC24.0.25 and checking for Stable updates, it comes back with "Media Center is up to date."

I also received an email stating that MC24 was now Stable, and I had the same experience trying to update Windows MC. I know I could update manually, but thought I'd check my understanding and see if this was a bug.
