Duh, I just attempted to upgrade from MC22, downloading (and paid for) a single Windows license using my 'Master License' key. Of course installation fails 'license for a different product'.
What do I do now? Pay (again) and download the Master license with the correct key? If so, can I get a refund on the errant Windows License I just bought?

What license do you want?

What license do you want?
SWAmos wants an MC24 Master license. He wasn't aware that he should have downloaded and installed MC24 first and then upgraded that way.

I have paid for both a Windows MC24 and a Master License, both using my existing MC23 Master License registration code. As I stated previously, neither upgrade downloads install indicating "wrong product".
I would like to 1) get a refund for the Windows MC24 I errantly purchased, and 2) somehow get the purchased MC24 Master License upgrade to install and replace my MC23 license that I am currently using.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I am migrating to a new Baetis Reference media server soon and want MC24 running on it.
Thanks

You probably need to download and install MC24.

I now have MC24 running thanks to the comments about simply downloading and installing the MC24 and then installing the new license code. I'm sure it is in the instructions but I clearly did not see those steps. Anyway, thanks to Fitbrit and JimH for those comments.
Still no response to getting a refund on the MC24 windows only I bought and don't need. Oh well.
