Title: Can't change preferred tuner

using 23.0.104 windows...
The preferred tuner drop down box is no longer on the television - manage channel form (like it used to be, like it is in the help).  The preferred tuners are listed in the info text box, but I can't change them like I used to.  I see note in rev 23.0.93 about preferred tuner stuff changed, perhaps it got inadvertently removed here.

Slow-double-click the cell to enter editing mode.

I edited the wiki article "Manage TV Channels" (https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Manage_TV_Channels) to reflect changes made in version 23 and later.
