Title: MC 24 install wizard freezes

No matter what I try it freezes right after I click "Next" on Setup Type.  It says "Copying Files -Please wait..." and freezes showing no progress on the bar at the bottom.

What OS are you using? Are you using any antivirus software? If so, what?

The 64 bit version of MC won't work on a 32 bit machine.
