Title: J River 24 will not find my AK 70MKII player

I have tried everything but JRiver Media Center will not see my AK, 70MKII.  I am using a PC and can see the player on the computer but it will not show up when I use JRiver. 

I have already gone through the tools, options and then the device management to find it but it still doesn't show up.  I can see my other drives but not the MK70II. 

I have updated my MK70II player firmware, unplugged, turned off, started up etc. and nothing works.  Any suggestions?
