Title: MC21 access key not recognized during upgrade to MC24

I have license for MC 21. Today I tried to upgrade to MC 24. I wrote my access key correctly. It was not recognized. Is there a live chat help facility in of JRiver?

No. This is the right place.
Probably a typo. Letters O and l look like numbers 0 and 1.
