Title: Moving from Windows to Linux (license etc)
Post by: runegirl on July 18, 2018, 07:23:21 am
Not sure if this belongs in this forum, or the Linux one... (I don't think it'd get read so much there), so apologies - I cannot find the answer.
Used JRiver for several years since v20, license for each version, and Win10 has let me down for the last time so my main PC is now Linux Mint (and JRiver works there just as well for me, so no coming back).

Can I move my regular windows license I bought last month from windows to linux?

(I have some questions about moving the library & playlists, but I'm happy to post those in the Linux thread/group)

thanks so much!

The license can't be moved, but you can buy a Linux license as an upgrade.  Please see the topic called "Upgrade Help".
