Title: Mac Media Center 24 Upgrading
Post by: jottow2 on July 18, 2018, 10:57:15 pm
I purchased a Media Center master license. I then downloaded the latest version. When I tried to use the key it didn't work. Previously I had Media Center 23 which worked. I removed it before installing the latest version. The message I get is that it is an invalid key. What do I do? When I go to the restore page and type the registration number they give me the same key.

You probably need to download and install MC24.  Please read this:

I had installed Media Center 24. When it didn't accept the key I went to restore and ask for a key. They sent me the same key I had. The key I have worked on my PC version, but will not work on my MAC version.

Did you use copy and paste?

The number 0 and the letter O look alike.  So do the number 1 and the letter l.

What version of MC do you have installed?  Full version.

The version I had was not the latest version. I had loaded as a trial version. I put the latest version on and then registered within the open program. It works. Thanks for all your help.
