Title: JRiver 24 Responding vey slow while playing

Hi there,
I've just installed the new version on my PC.
While playing hi-res music files (from NAS) the program respond very slow, even not respond at all.
I try to play it with another free program and everything is OK
Whats happens JRiver?

My guess would be that you have an antivirus program or firewall which you haven't given MC24 permissions for.

Make sure windows is up to date.

Thanks for the answers.

I've checked all of this, and everything is seems to be OK. Permission via firewall, windows 10  64bit is up to date. (my PC is very strong i5 16 gb ram)
and the other apps works fine.

When I start the app (JRiver 24) without playing music, everything if work fine, but when I  start play music, the buttons stop to respond, and nothing happens.
It is very frustrating, I love this app and payed for it...

I've thought maybe it's network problem, because my music stored on HDD connected to my router via USB 2.0, but with foobar Everything works great, so, guess it's not a network problem.

More ideas? :-(

Update!
I found the problem. Avast antivirus. when I disabled it, everything works fine.
So, I'll play with the preferences, or will replace it.
