The special characters problem is much better now but still far from perfect as the screenshots show.

Can you explain the screenshots?  In one, I see that the word trüben looks incorrect ("tru ben"), in the other it looks correct ("trüben").

The broken line appears in the tag-name-field, the correct one in the big field on the right side where all titles are listed. Sorry I don't know the exact name for this but the screenshot will show what I mean.
