Having two problems:
1. Since downloading MC24, WDM driver does not show up as possibility in Sound panel for either 23 or 24.
2. Every time I restart computer and load MC24 get message that it has restored my license. Is this normal and am I using up my 10 restores?
question: What are the bits and kHz. for your music stream?
Thanks.

For no.1 check in features and if wdm is selected -deselect it. Shut down jriver and restart it. Then select wdm in features. Shutdown jriver and restart it. The WDM driver should then be present.
For No.2 I don't have a clue!

Tried as suggested. Only thing that shows up in sound board is: Dirac Propcessor MediaCenter 24. Still no WDM.

Restarted computer. Still no WDM and got message:
A license for your JRiver software has been automatically installed. You will see instructions for installing it on other computers in a separate browser window (probably behind this one). To save it, right click on the link and use the "Save As" option.

This occurs every time I start the computer.
Can anyone tell me whether this is using up my 10 free reloads of the registration key?

You may be clicking on the Install Key instead of the application. That won't use a Restore.
Make sure WDM is enabled. Tools > Options > Features.

The WDM driver doesn't show up as "WDM Driver" in windows sound options it shows up as "JRiver Media Center 24"
-
Run MC23 as an administrator, then in MC23 go to Tools > Options > Features and make sure WDM Driver is unchecked. Then close MC23.
Next, run MC24 as an administrator, then in MC24 go to Tools > Options > Features and if WDM Driver is unchecked, check it and close MC24 and reopen MC24 normally (not as administrator). However, if the WDM Driver is already checked in MC24, uncheck it, close MC24, then again run MC24 as an administrator. Again, go to Tools > Options > Features and check the WDM Driver, then close MC24. Start MC24 normally (not as administrator) and see if it's showing up now.
Finally, make sure you're using MC 24.0.41 from here, since it has a fixed WDM driver on Windows 10 with secure boot: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,116578.0.html

Still every time I restart computer, MC 24 does a reinstall of key until just now when it asked for a re-registration of registration code. Any ideas on how to stop this?
JRiver MC 24 still doesn't show up in sound panel. what next?

Check your firewall and antivirus settings - looks like something is interfering with the normal operation of MC 24.

I think you must be clicking on the Install Key, not on the MC program icon. You can read about the Install Key here:
