Title: Rating 0 keystroke not working

The keystrokes for rating 0 don't work here.
According to the Resource.xml those should be Ctrl-Shift-Delete or Ctrl-Shift Numpad0 (if i undertood that correctly).
The others for Rating 1 to 5 work.

Side question: Does  ...\J River\Media Center 24\Data\Custom Resources\Resource.xml still work?

ctrl shift del works for me as does ctrl shift number - but not using keypad numbers, none of those work for me. ( And yes key pad num lock is on!)
