Am new to JRiver and this type of communication. I purchased my license Sunday....it did not convert the trial version to the full blown version. I tried to install my license yesterday and got that error message. I will note that there was an incomplete shutdown on Sunday(the last I used JRiver) due to the computer freezing. Should I re-install? Is there a phone # for tech support from JRiver? Please advise.

The servers and stuff were taken offline yesterday for the time being and are being rebuilt. So that error is likely from this but Jim would know for sure.

When will the servers be up and running so I can use my license to activate JRiver?

It does, in the meantime you can use the IP address and port of the server to get it working again.

With a new computer, you can use the 30 day trial.

Using that ip address did not work for me, so I extended my trial. Hopefully it will be up and running in a day or 2.

I cannot get my registration code to work either. I have only 6 more days on my 2nd trial. Can anyone give me detailed instructions to get around this. It appears that most posting are more adept at using their pc than I.

Honestly, I'd just wait for the servers to be brought back up online. It shouldn't take much longer, hopefully.

Now it now says the response is cannot find my license or code.

Try copy and paste. The letter O and the number 0 look alike. So do the letters l and I, and the number 1.

Still says that it cannot find my license. I believe that I need a new one. Whom do I need to talk to about that. By the way I did not pay with pay pal. I have 3 days left on my trial extension, and would really like resolution.
